Comfort Zone ritual: The relaxation ritual on the terrace was like stepping into a spa oasis, with the cool breeze and stunning view rejuvenating my senses. It was as if I was floating on clouds, drifting away from the worries of the world.

We had a clean room with mountain view. Bidet in the bathroom was a plus. The location was unbeatable in the center of the city.

The hotel was modern and lovely, as you can expect from Pella. I really enjoyed absolutely brilliant and beautiful rooms with 3rd bed. The location was stunning, the staff were INCREDIBLE. Everything was simply perfect.

A beautiful small boutique hotel with friendly attentive staff. The location on the lake is perfect, with a ferry stop within 100m. The pool and gardens are lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing on the Blu Cafe terrace. The rooms were sophisticated and cozy, with a Turkish bath included in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered good quality, local products.

This hotel is a luxurious gem hidden amongst the beautiful scenery. From arrival to departure, we were treated to exclusive amenities and top-notch service. the Spa & wellness centre was the perfect place to unwind with a massage and beauty treatment. the sun terrace and seasonal outdoor pool provided the perfect place to relax. the restaurant's chef created beautiful dishes that were presented impeccably. In-room breakfast and private facilities made us feel like VIPs. the perfect location, close to the lake and ferry stop, completed this luxurious experience.

Although this hotel is stunning, we did have one minor issue. We found it hard to find as there were insufficient guideposts.

We had the most epic time exploring the area and trying out different activities. We went on this super cool guided tour of the island of San Giulio and it was like stepping into a magical fairytale land. And oh my gosh, the Golf Experience was insane! We played golf surrounded by majestic trees and breathtaking views of the Monte Rosa massif. It was like playing in paradise! The staff was super friendly and helpful too, making our trip even more amazing.

The only thing we wished for was a bit more nightlife and fun activities for young party-goers like us. Don't get me wrong, the hotel and the area were totally rad, but we were hoping for some more energetic and lively entertainment.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway! the rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy, with a modern design that makes you feel pampered. the pool is amazing, with a perfect temperature for a refreshing swim. the staff is super friendly, without being intrusive, making it easy to relax. the breakfast menu is limited, but everything is of high quality and there is a variety of local products to choose from. We also loved the fact that we could have eggs and pancakes made to order at no additional cost.

The location is a bit secluded, with not many options for activities nearby. the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city, and close to all the main attractions. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or queries. The pool is a great feature, with a lovely view of the surroundings. The room was well designed and clean, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.

The breakfast was repetitive and uninspiring with no menus provided. The wine list was uninspiring, and we would have liked to have seen more variety on the menu.
